Who will run

This service is perfect for athletes with running experience wishing to improve their PB(Pivoting Block) for 5K, 10K, 21K, 42K or any other distance. If you already know the meaning of SRE, pulse zones, AT, MOC ; if You run regularly and systematically, but always something prevents You from breaking a new record, then You are definitely here. I'll teach You to feel and support Your body. You'll understand the training system and will be ready for any surprises at the race.

Duration

The plan is created for at lest 12 weeks, the duration depends on the chosen distance

Typical plan

There wwill be 4-5 workouts per week in average, the training volume will depend on the beginning level of the runner, one long run, strength work, special training for the development of MOC and AT

Each workout segment contains information about the duration, intensity and heart rate zones
